NEW VYSA REGISTRATION POLICIES BEGINNING
2012-13
|
|
|
|
1. We will be using a NEW Player Pass! Everything will be on the front of the player pass – information for players and team officials, pictures and the registrar’s signature. If your club plans to hold tryouts soon, make sure everyone uses the new player pass stock. DO NOT USE THE CURRENT PLAYER PASS STOCK!!
2. Players and team officials will no longer sign the pass.
3. There will no longer be a Membership Card (the blue part of the card that was intended to be returned to the player). Each sheet will hold eight (8) passes rather than four (4) as in the past.
4. A NEW Player Team Status Form MUST be used starting this fall. It will be uploaded into the travel database and will be uploaded to the VYSA website after the 2011-2012 season ends. NO OLD forms will be accepted starting beginning with Fall 2012.
5. The Player Team Status form will no longer be mailed to the League Registrars. New distribution:
