Spring Classic at Dallas Cup:
Each year the VCCL Board of Directors names a boys' and girls' U-14 select team from its member clubs. The first Champions League Select U-14 boys' team was named to represent VCCL in the 1998 Dallas Cup. The 2008 tournament marks the sixth year our girls' league-select team has been accepted to the Spring Classic at Dallas Cup.
Spring Classic at Dallas Cup (March 21 - March 23, 2008)
In conjunction with Dallas Cup® XXIX, the Texas Longhorns Soccer Club hosts the Spring Classic Invitational Soccer Tournament featuring elite boys and girls teams from around the United States. Traditionally, among the teams that participate in this prestigious tournament are State, Regional, and National champions as well as highly competitive teams in leagues from all age groups.
